What We Do

Digital Inclusion Project

A partnership with DigiLocal

About this project

Most of us rely on access to internet in all aspects of life. Lack of access to computers/tablets or the skills to use them leads to social and economic exclusion. Digital poverty is a problem for many of our service users, which is why we initiated a digital inclusion project.

By contacting digital companies and individuals, we managed to secure dozens of refurbished laptops and brand-new tablets, which we have provided to older people who have lost social contacts, or to parents of school-age children, to help them access virtual education.

We have also run computer training courses for community members who need to upskill.
